At Oughta Magnets, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of each custom-made product. Because each piece is carefully curated and made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, in the rare event that your order arrives damaged, we want to make it right. If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please provide clear pictures of the damage along with your order details.
